The Children's Hospital Foundation of Manitoba relies on the generous support of our community. Without you, we wouldn’t be able to fund the programs, equipment and research, which makes the hospital experience easier for children and their families.

From lemonade stands to golf tournaments, the Foundation is very fortunate to have incredible support from our community. No event is too big or too small and they are a load of fun! There are staff at the Foundation who would be pleased to offer advice and guidance on how to get started.

The sky is the limit when using your imagination to come up with a fundraising event idea. We have had some pretty unique fundraisers held on our behalf, here are some ideas to get your mind running:

	Sign up to create your own personal event page. Enter details such as your fundraising goal, event theme and description. You can personalize your page with header image of your own, select a fundraising meter, submit journal entries, share images of your photo gallery and ask friends to visit your guest book and leave inspiring messages!
	Let everyone you know about your event! Send friends and family an email invitation to your personal event page using your Message Center. Provide some information about the cause, why its important to you and where they can donate.
	Using your own Participant Center you can track RSVPs, send follow-up and thank you emails and more. Remember to post your personal fundraising page on your Facebook, Twitter and other social networking sites.
